Wow. I don't know what to say. We brought our 2011 Jeep to Pollard at the recommendation of a neighbor after having a poor experience at Prestige. What a difference. In all my places of residence across the country, and all the car dealers ever, this dealership is the most humble, cordial and easy going group I’ve worked with. Service, customer service, sales, knowledge, etc., is truly refreshing. Particularly given the fact I don’t care for dealerships, these guys make it hard to not like them. No BS group. Just good, old fashioned customer service and appreciation for their customers.Other dealers could learn a lot from this place.
